Terms of Service

Engage provides two online software products: Engage Decks at engagedecks.com, and Engage Posts at engageposts.com.

Accounts are opened by signing in with Google. You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your access to it safe.

An account is for one person. Sharing your sign-in with others may get the account suspended.

Attending an Engage Decks session needs no account. Anyone who joins with a code joins anonymously, without signing up.

The free plan is free and does not expire; its limits are published on the plans page. Paid plans are bought as a monthly or yearly subscription.

Payment is handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record: they handle the card, the tax and the invoice. Your card number never reaches our servers and we never store it.

Advertised prices include tax. A plan activates the moment payment succeeds.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. Cancelling stops the renewal, not the plan: it keeps working until the last day you paid for.

You can cancel at any time from Profile, then Manage subscription, which opens Dodo’s own portal.

Each plan has a monthly limit on videos, talking ads or live sessions, depending on the product. Limits are published before purchase and reset at the start of each calendar month.

Every successful generation counts against the limit, including regenerations. An attempt that fails on our side does not count.

We may suspend an account whose usage harms the service or other users, after telling you.

What you upload, write or generate stays yours. We claim no ownership in it.

By uploading it you give us a limited permission to process it solely to provide the service: to store it where a feature requires that, and to send it to the processing providers named in the privacy policy.

We do not use your content to train models, we do not sell it, and we do not show it to anyone else.

You are responsible for having the right to what you upload: images, clips, voices, text and logos.

Engage Posts generates text, images, voice and video using AI models from third-party providers.

We do not guarantee that what is generated is accurate, correct or unique. Review every output before publishing it. You alone are responsible for what you publish under your name.

A model may produce an output similar to someone else’s. We do not guarantee that what you generate is protectable by copyright where you live.

Publishing platforms have their own rules for AI content, some of which require disclosure. Complying with them is your responsibility.

The talking-ad feature animates a photo of a person, and the voice-cloning feature creates a voice from a sample.

Do not upload a photo of a real person unless it is you, or they gave you written permission. The ready faces in the tool are AI-generated and belong to no real person, so they need no permission.

Do not clone a voice other than your own, or one whose owner gave you written permission.

Impersonating anyone, or producing content attributed to someone who never said it, is strictly forbidden. Doing so ends the account without refund.

You may not use the service for anything unlawful where you are, nor for harassment or threats, hate speech, sexual content, or material that exploits children.

You may not use it for fraud or deception, trademark impersonation, or misinformation about elections or public health, nor any content made to mislead.

Technically, you may not attempt to bypass limits or access controls, resell the service or access it programmatically without our permission, or upload anything carrying malware.

We work to keep the service running and do not guarantee it will never be interrupted. It may stop for maintenance or because of a provider failure outside our control.

We may add, change or withdraw features. If we withdraw a substantial feature your paid plan depends on, we will tell you beforehand.

The service depends on the third-party providers named in the privacy policy. If they go down, part of the service may go down with them.

You may stop using the service whenever you like, and cancel your subscription from the payment portal.

We may suspend your account if you break these terms. For anything short of a serious breach we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

After an account ends, your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from your use of it.

In any case our liability will not exceed what you paid us in the twelve months before the event.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. A substantial change will be announced in the product or by email before it takes effect.

Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are heard by its competent courts.
