Privacy Policy

Account data: your email, display name and user id, which reach us from signing in with Google. You can change the display name from Profile.

Subscription data: your plan, its status and renewal dates, and the transaction ids held by the payment provider. We never receive or store your card number.

Usage counters: how many videos, ads or sessions you used this month.

Your settings: your brand colours, logo and name, and your own templates and product context if you entered them.

Referral data: your referral code, how many people subscribed through it, and your reward if you earned one.

Where you came from: which link or campaign brought you, recorded once when your account is created so we know which channel works.

Your content: what you upload and write in order to generate — images, clips, recordings and text.

Anyone joining a session with a code creates no account, and we ask for neither their email nor their real name.

They join with an anonymous identity, may type a nickname that appears beside their contribution, and may contribute with no name at all if the presenter chooses that.

Their answers and votes are stored with the session and seen by the presenter. We use them for nothing else.

To run the service: a feature cannot be delivered without processing what you upload.

To apply your plan and its limits, and to issue your invoices.

To prevent abuse and protect the service from being drained.

To understand which marketing channel works, and to improve the product. This measurement is aggregate, not individual.

To write to you about your account or your subscription.

The videos and images you generate in Engage Posts are not stored on our servers. Every job writes to a temporary folder that is erased as soon as it ends, and the result is streamed straight to your browser.

If you close the page before downloading, the result is gone and we hold no copy of it.

Your drafts and preferences in Engage Posts live in your own browser, not with us, except what a subscriber explicitly saves to their account.

Google (Firebase): sign-in, database, storage and live sessions. It hosts your account and your saved content.

Google Cloud Run: hosting for Engage Posts, in western Europe.

Dodo Payments: payment and invoicing. It receives your email and id to attach the payment to your account, and is the only party that sees your card.

Groq: text generation and machine translation. It receives the text you write or ask to translate, without your identity.

Google Gemini: creative text generation and face generation. It receives your description and text, without your identity.

SILMA: turning your text into Arabic speech. It receives the text to be spoken.

WaveSpeed: animating a photo into video. It receives the photo and the audio, and holds them and the result for a limited period on its side before deleting them.

ElevenLabs: voice cloning and speech. It receives your voice sample, which stays with them for as long as the voice exists and is deleted when you delete it from Profile.

Google Analytics: visit measurement. It measures pages and traffic source, not your content.

We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising.

Our providers run on servers in Europe, the United States and other regions. By using the service, your data is processed in those regions.

Account data stays for as long as your account does.

Usage counters stay for the accounting record and to enforce limits.

What is never stored in the first place, the generated videos and images, is erased as soon as the job ends.

What providers keep is subject to their own policies and periods, published on their sites.

When you delete your account we delete your document with us, and delete your cloned voice at its provider.

Access: your core data is shown in Profile inside the product.

Correction: you can change your name, brand and settings yourself at any time.

Deletion: you can delete your cloned voice with a button in the tab. To delete the whole account, write to us and we will do it within thirty days.

A copy: ask for a copy of your data at hello@engagedecks.com and we will send it.

Objection: write to us if a particular processing does not suit you.

One session cookie keeps you signed in. Without it you would sign in on every visit.

Local storage in your browser holds your language, theme and drafts. None of it reaches us.

We set no advertising cookies and take part in no cross-site tracking.

The service is not aimed at anyone under thirteen and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn of a child’s account, we delete it.

Connections to the service are encrypted, and database access is governed by rules that stop one account reading another’s data.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you what we know and what we did.

We may update this policy. A substantial change will be announced before it takes effect, and the last-updated date is written at the top of the page.
